David Ramich

Managing Director

David is a dynamic financial leader with over a decade of experience as CFO with consumer products and technology based companies and in investment banking and principal investing.

He began his career with Bank of America’s Syndicated Finance Group in Charlotte, NC.  While at BofA David focused on M&A transactions and debt refinancing deals for investment grade, middle market, and leveraged companies.

David moved to Fidus Partners, a lower middle market M&A firm, and began focusing on smaller/new stage companies. At Fidus, David worked on both sell and buyside engagements for small family owned businesses, PEG owned companies and divestitures of larger corporations.

David moved to Lynx Partners, an NYC-based private equity firm that focused on investments in lower middle market industrial manufacturing and distribution.

David’s passion for small business brought him to Denver to be the CFO of Performance Enhancing Meat Snacks, Inc., a consumer package goods company. In this role he was responsible for day-to-day financial oversight of the business and helped grow the company from under $1 million in annual recurring revenue to $12 million over a three year period. In addition to financial responsibilities, he was deeply involved in strategy, marketing and operations management as the number two officer to the CEO.

Most recently, David was CFO of MuscleSound, LLC, a SaaS-based B2B company focused on monitoring muscle health. His responsibilities included day-to-day financial management, cash flow management, raising capital (equity and debt) and overall business strategy.

David’s experience in small business and desire to support entrepreneurs makes him a natural fit at FreshTrax Consulting.
